Business Development Officer, VP

I help small businesses access SBA capital across the country, representing Fidelity Bank with a focus on responsible, relationship driven lending. As a Business Development Officer, I work with entrepreneurs to structure financing that supports growth, stability, and the next big step in their journey.

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Iowa. Over the past 12 years in financial services, I’ve built a well rounded perspective across operations and business development. I served as Business Development Officer at Truliant Federal Credit Union from March 2024 to December 2025, Vice President at West Town Bank & Trust from April 2021 to March 2024, and Vice President of Operations at Windsor Advantage (and subsidiaries) from February 2016 to April 2021. In my roles at Windsor Advantage, I managed teams responsible for processing over one billion dollars of Paycheck Protection Program loans and hundreds of millions of standard SBA 7(a) loans.

I was born in Aurora, IL, and now live in Chicago. I’m an avid travel fan and recently achieved my big goal of visiting all seven continents. I like to stay physically active (soccer, basketball, golf, and the gym) and mentally active (reading, podcasts, and puzzles). I also enjoy experimenting in the kitchen—even if I’m still a self declared mediocre sous chef.
