- Subject to credit approval. Must enroll 5 or more employees to qualify. To qualify for the Fidelity Bank At Work program, a business must be an active customer of Fidelity Bank in good standing. Enrollment of employees into the program is not guaranteed, as they must meet certain eligibility requirements. The business will be reviewed annually and failure to meet the above qualifications may result in removal from the program for both the business and its employees. The program is subject to modification or termination at any time. For program purposes, an employee is defined as someone who works either part-time or full-time and is paid on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
