Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce that Ashley Thompson has joined Trust Company of North Carolina as Senior Vice President and Wealth Operations Manager. In her new position, Mrs. Thompson is responsible for overseeing daily wealth operations while ensuring a high level of service across account administration. Her office is located at the Trust Company of North Carolina headquarters located in Cary, North Carolina, at 100 West Chatham Street.
Ashley brings 15 years of experience to the team. Prior to joining Trust Company of North Carolina, she worked for Charles Schwab Trust Company as a Senior Manager and Senior Trust Officer. Her extensive career also includes similar roles with Wells Fargo, Tiedeman Trust Company of Delaware, JP Morgan Trust Company of Delaware, Wilmington Trust Company, and the U.S. Trust Company of Delaware.
Mrs. Thompson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Trust and Wealth Management with a minor in Financial Planning from Campbell University. She also holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Goldey Beacom College. She resides in Raleigh with her husband, Rodger, and their three sons. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with family, reading, and crafting. She is also an avid baker, with cookies being her specialty.
