Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce that Laura Snead has joined Trust Company of North Carolina as Senior Vice President and Wealth Consultant. In her new position, she is responsible for developing customized, comprehensive financial plans for customers and their families, as well as managing existing relationships throughout the Bank’s footprint.
Laura brings over 20 years of financial experience to the team and specializes in helping individuals, families, business owners, and nonprofit organizations navigate complex financial decisions through personalized guidance and tailored solutions. Prior to joining Trust Company of North Carolina, she held private banking roles with Oakworth Capital Bank and First Citizens Bank.
In addition to her professional experience, Laura is deeply committed to serving her community. She currently serves as President and Board Chair of the Junior League of Charlotte, leading the organization’s 1,300 members. She previously served as Board Chair of Girls on the Run of Union County and remains actively involved with numerous nonprofit organizations throughout the Charlotte region.
Ms. Snead earned a bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University and a master’s degree from Boston University, and she holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation. Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with friends and family, skiing, traveling, playing mahjong, and staying active.
