Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce that Jo Anna Grubbs has joined its mortgage division, Right By You Mortgage, as a Vice President and Mortgage Loan Officer. In her new position, Ms. Grubbs is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate professionals. She will guide customers through every stage of the home financing process, helping ensure a smooth and positive experience from application to closing. Jo Anna serves customers in Mebane, Gibsonville, Yanceyville, Apex, Swift Creek, and surrounding areas. Her office is located at 24 Commerce Court in Pittsboro.
Jo Anna brings 12 years of experience to the team. Prior to joining Right By You Mortgage, she worked for loanDepot as a Senior Loan Consultant. She began her mortgage career as a Loan Officer Assistant with PRMI and later advanced into Mortgage Loan Originator and Branch Manager roles with Angel Oak Home Loans. In addition to her professional background, she is deeply involved in her community. She currently provides fundraising leadership for Sax Patch Community Garden and has previously served as Vice Chair and Fundraising Chair for the Family Life Center in Graham and participated on the leadership committee for the Hillsborough Chamber of Commerce’s Central Carolina Women in Business program.
Ms. Grubbs earned a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising with a minor in Business from Meredith College. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, gardening, paddleboarding, and spending time outdoors with her two dogs along the Haw River. She also enjoys traveling with her two children and exploring new places together.
