FUQUAY-VARINA, North Carolina (July 12th, 2019) – Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce Alicia Silla has joined its team in Fuquay-Varina as a Senior Vice President and Director of Channel and Product Management. In her new position, Mrs. Silla is responsible for driving the Bank’s channel strategy and optimization while delivering the best in class solutions that are innovative, engaging, and easy to use. Her office is located at the Bank’s headquarters in Fuquay-Varina at 100 South Main Street, Fuquay-Varina, NC.
Alicia has 19 years of financial experience in the Raleigh-Durham market. Prior to joining Fidelity Bank, she worked for BB&T as a VP and Digital Channel Product Development Manager. She also held mortgage operation positions at Wachovia Corp, including Senior Business System Consultant.
Mrs. Silla graduated from University of South Alabama with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Marketing. She is also a graduate of the BB&T Banking School at Wake Forest University and holds licenses as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). Alicia currently resides in Apex with her husband, Gregory Silla. She has two children, Brittney, a recent graduate of NC State, and Jacob, a freshman at NC State.
