Important Information for Personal Online Banking Users
External Transfers and Zelle® will be unavailable beginning November 1 at 3 a.m.
External transfer information, including linked accounts and recurring transactions may need to be reestablished.
Only credit and debit cards where you are the primary cardholder will be migrated over to our new system. If you added a card where you are not the primary cardholder or set up card alerts outside of the Fidelity Bank mobile app (i.e. from a computer or direct browser link), you will need to set these up again.
SMS/Text banking is no longer supported. For convenient access to your accounts, we recommend downloading the Fidelity Bank Mobile Banking app. Simply search for Fidelity Bank NC/VA Mobile in your app store.
