Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce Jill Parcell has joined its team in Greensboro as Vice President and Branch Manager. In her new position, Mrs. Parcell is responsible for business development and providing outstanding customer service to bank customers of the Fidelity Bank branch located at 2501 Battleground Avenue.
Jill has over 25 years of financial experience, bringing a strong background of leadership, operations, and customer service to her new role with Fidelity Bank. Prior to joining Fidelity Bank, she worked for Clinton Savings Bank as a Project Manager, having previously held the role of Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager. She also held a Branch Manager position at Santander Bank.
Mrs. Parcell earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Fitchburg State University and later completed her Master of Business Administration in Management. She resides in Graham with her husband, Phillip. Outside of work, Jill enjoys hiking with her husband and their two dogs, reading, and cooking.
