Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce Molly Barber has joined its team in Kernersville as a Vice President and Senior Business Development Officer. In her new position, Molly is responsible for cultivating and managing business banking relationships within the community as well as contributing to the sales efforts of the Fidelity Bank branch located at 163 South Main Street.
Molly has over twenty-seven years of financial experience. Prior to joining Fidelity Bank, she was a Business Banker at First Citizens Bank. She also held positions with FNP of PA, Capital Bank, and BB&T. In addition to her financial background, Molly is active in the community. She served as the 2021 Board Chairwoman of the Kernersville Chamber of Commerce and is currently in her third year as Treasurer. She has been a dedicated member of the Chamber’s Executive Board since June 2017. In addition, she has been an active member of the Kernersville Rotary Club since April 2016 and has been serving as a board member for Körner’s Folly since January 2025.
Molly attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She was born and raised in Kernersville and currently resides in Oak Ridge with her husband, Brian, and their daughter. Molly enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and volunteering in her community.
