Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce Rob Forslund has joined its team as Vice President and SBA Lending Business Development Officer. In his new position, Mr. Forslund is responsible for developing and managing business banking relationships within the community as well as contributing to the sales efforts of Fidelity Bank. His primary focus will be on expanding Fidelity Bank’s Small Business Administration lending program, as well as specializing in business acquisitions and commercial real estate financing.
Rob has 12 years of financial experience. Prior to joining Fidelity Bank, he worked for Truliant Federal Credit Union as a Business Development Officer. He also held positions with West Town Bank & Trust and Windsor Advantage.
Mr. Forslund graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He currently resides in Chicago, Illinois. Outside of work, Rob is an avid traveler and recently achieved his goal of visiting all seven continents. He enjoys staying active through sports like soccer, basketball, and golf, and keeps his mind sharp by reading, listening to podcasts, and puzzles. He also loves experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
