Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce that Suzanne Hill has joined Fidelity Bank as Senior Vice President and Senior Business Development Officer. In her new position, she is responsible for developing and managing business banking relationships within the community as well as contributing to the sales efforts of the Fidelity Bank branch located at 3306 Healy Drive.
Suzanne brings 25 years of financial experience to the team. Prior to joining Fidelity Bank, she worked as a Commercial Banker and Senior Vice President with Carter Bank. She also held Market President positions with First Reliance Bank and BB&T, now Truist. Throughout her career, she has specialized in commercial relationship management, business development, commercial and industrial lending, and treasury management, helping businesses across the Triad region achieve their financial goals.
Beyond her professional career, Suzanne is committed to serving the Winston-Salem and Kernersville communities. She is actively involved with the Kernersville Foundation and Union Grove Baptist Church and has dedicated her time and leadership to organizations including the Rotary Club of Kernersville, Kernersville Family YMCA, Sister City Association, and Korner’s Folly Foundation. She is a graduate of Leadership Winston-Salem and Kernersville and has been recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow and Paul Harris Society member.
Mrs. Hill earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management from Appalachian State University and completed the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. She currently resides in Winston-Salem with her husband. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cheering on Appalachian State football, and spending time outdoors.
