Tina Wickert

Manager of SBA Credit Administration, SVP

As Senior Vice President and Manager of SBA Credit Administration at Fidelity Bank, I lead the Bank’s SBA credit approval function, overseeing the loan approval process and providing guidance on complex credit decisions. I also lead and develop credit officers and analysts while supporting strong credit quality, risk management, and service excellence.

I have 16 years of credit experience, including 10 years directly focused on SBA lending. I began my SBA career in 2011 with Bank of Wisconsin Dells and have since held SBA credit and leadership roles with Simmons Bank, BankUnited, Bancorp Bank, and First Women’s Bank. Throughout my career, I have gained experience underwriting and approving SBA 7(a) and 504 loans, leading credit teams, and training and supporting credit professionals. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Benedictine University.

I currently reside in Maryville, Tennessee, with my husband, Matt, and our two sons. Outside of work, I enjoy cheering on my boys at their school sporting events, spending time with family and friends, reading, working out, listening to music, and tackling a home organization or decorating project.
