We offer SBA 7(a) loans, Express Lines of Credit, SBA 504 loans, and USDA Business and Industry loans.
We typically process and close SBA loans within 30 to 60 days.
To start the loan process, you will need to gather personal and business tax returns for the past three years, year-to-date financials for the business, a purchase contract for an acquisition or copies of notes to refinance, and a business plan or projections for an expansion. Other documents may be required depending on the loan.
