Credit Card User Guide

Credit cards can unlock your financial potential by boosting your credit history and helping you understand your spending limits. The Fidelity Bank credit card statement cycle ends on the 8th day of each month.

Make a Payment

Log into your Business Advantage Online Banking account on the Fidelity Bank website.

From the Business Advantage home screen, click on your Relationship Account Number.

Click on Make a Corporate Payment.

Using the Pay From drop-down box, select the account from which to make the payment.

In the Frequency drop-down box, select One-Time or Recurring. Please note, if you select Recurring Payment, the payment will not occur until the following statement cycle. Payments must be made by check or through the branch for the current statement cycle.

Next, choose the amount you’d like to pay and select Continue to verify and submit your payment.

View a Statement

From the Business Advantage home screen, click on your Relationship Account Number.

Click on Corporate Summary Statement.

From the Statement Date drop-down box, select the statement date you would like to view and click Get Summary.

Under the List of Accounts section, select the first account number listed. The statement for this account number will include all authorized user transactions.

Your statement will appear on a new screen. If you would like to print a copy for your records, click View PDF Statement at the top of your screen. The statement will download to your computer and then you can print.

If you would like to download the transactions to Excel or your accounting software, choose the appropriate option in the Download Transaction drop-down box and click Download. Select Comma Delimited if you are importing into Excel.

View Current and Pending Activity

From the Business Advantage home screen, click on your Relationship Account Number.

Select Account Level Detail.

To view the Current and Available Spend on your overall relationship, click on the “+” in the row that is listed as Type C.

To view the Current and Available Spend of your authorized users, click on the “+” in the row(s) that are listed as Type U.

To view Current and/or Pending Activity for all authorized users, click the ‘Y’ under the headings Current Activity and/or Pending Activity. If there is not a ‘Y’ listed under the headings, there is no activity of this type since the last statement cycle.

Update Credit Limits

From the Online Banking home screen, click on your Relationship Account Number.

Go to Service Accounts and then click on Maintain Accounts.

Enter a new spend limit for your authorized users in the space provided and click Submit to update.
