At Fidelity Bank, we’re committed to delivering the best possible banking experience. We’ve invested in Pay & Get Paid, a more robust business bill payment system with both accounts payable and receivable capabilities to better serve you. The updated system will be available on July 27, 2026.

What You Need to Know
We’ll do everything we can to make this transition as smooth and seamless as possible. Please keep the following important information in mind as we transition to our new Pay & Get Paid system.
Bill payment history, recurring payments, and payees will continue to be available.
Scheduled payments will be processed as normal.
Starting Friday, July 10, new business bill pay enrollments will be paused temporarily.
To ensure payments are processed successfully, schedule new payments by 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 23.
Bill Pay will be unavailable from Friday, July 24 at 12:00 a.m. through Monday, June 15 at 9 a.m. You may continue to use online and mobile banking as usual to monitor your accounts, transfer funds, send wires, move money with ACH services, access your fraud prevention tools, and more without any interruption.
eBills will need to be reestablished in the Pay & Get Paid system.
