Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce Douglas Caire has joined its team in Houston, Texas, as a Government Guaranteed Lending Business Development Officer. In his new position, Mr. Caire is responsible for developing and managing business banking relationships within the community as well as contributing to the sales efforts of Fidelity Bank.
Douglas has forty years of financial experience. Prior to joining Fidelity Bank, he worked for Capital One as an SBA Manager for Florida, Georgia, and Louisiana. He also held financial positions at JP Morgan Chase, First Bank and Trust Co., Gulf Coast Bank and Trust, FDIC/RTC, South Savings and Loan Association, and EF Hutton and Company. In addition to his financial background, Doug is active in the community as a member of the St. Ignatius Catholic Church.
Mr. Caire attended the University of New Orleans where he studied Business Administration. He currently resides in Houston with his wife, Donna, and has three children.
