Fidelity Bank proudly held a groundbreaking ceremony for its new Spartanburg branch, located at 305 N Church Street. The event was attended by members of the Fidelity Bank Spartanburg team, Bank leadership, local officials, and community and business leaders, including Secretary of State Mark Hammond, Mayor Jerome Rice, and City Council members.

The new full-service branch will feature modern banking amenities including multiple offices, a conference room, convenient drive-thru lanes, and a drive-up ATM. This investment reinforces Fidelity Bank’s long-term commitment to serving the Spartanburg community and surrounding areas with exceptional customer service and personalized financial solutions.

The Spartanburg team includes Brian Murdoch, Area Executive; Tenita Miller, Branch Services Manager; Jay Davis, Business Development Officer; Jennifer Cothran, Business Loan Assistant; and Beth Wiley, Relationship Banker.

“We are excited to take this next step in bringing a permanent location to Spartanburg,” said Brian Murdoch, Area Executive. “This community has been incredibly welcoming, and we look forward to growing alongside it—building strong relationships, supporting local businesses, and delivering the Right By You service our customers know and trust.”

Fidelity Bank has served the Spartanburg community from its temporary location at 101 Lafayette Street, Suite D, since June of 2023, and the construction of the new branch represents a significant milestone in the Bank’s continued growth across South Carolina.
