Yes, time-off policies will align with Fidelity Bank programs, including:
- 11 paid company holidays annually
- Sick time accrual of 6.67 hours per month
- Vacation time accrued based on company policy (resets yearly)
- Family & Community Service Time beginning at 5 years of service (with additional days every 5 years)
All balances and accruals will be available in ADP Workforce Now following the transition. Detailed policy information will be provided prior to or at go-live.
