Black Friday is not a federally recognized holiday, and the Bank remains open. However, associates may request to use accrued vacation with manager approval.
Fidelity Bank is also open on Christmas Eve but will close early at 12:00 p.m. Associates who work on Christmas Eve will be paid for a full day despite the early closure. Those who choose to take the day off must use a full day of vacation time.
