There are two easy ways to access your temporary digital debit card. You may access your digital debit card details, set a PIN, and add the card to your digital wallet (Apple Pay and Google Pay) by clicking the text message link and following the onscreen prompts to authenticate yourself. The text message link will be available for 21 days.
You may also view your digital debit card details, set a PIN, and add the card to your digital wallet in the Fidelity Bank Mobile Banking app under Cards. If you access your new digital debit card through the Fidelity Bank Mobile Banking app, the text message link will be disabled.
