Personal Online Banking Instructions

Online Banking is easy to use, will save you time, and provides the unlimited flexibility and convenience you are looking for in your busy life. Follow the steps below and start managing your finances 24 hours a day!

How to Enroll in Online Banking:

Step 1: On the Fidelity Bank homepage, locate the Online Banking Center on the left of your screen and select the “Personal” tab based upon your needs.

Step 2: Click on the “Enroll” button.

Step 3: Click on the link for the Enrollment Agreement. A new window will appear with the agreement for you to review.

Step 4: Once you have reviewed the Enrollment Agreement, close the window and click on “I Agree”

Step 5: Complete the enrollment form

Step 6: Click submit

Your enrollment request will be processed within 24 business hours Monday –Thursday. If you submit an enrollment request after 2:00 p.m. on Friday your Online Banking enrollment will be processed the following Monday.

Once your enrollment has been processed and verified, you will receive an email notifying you that your Online Banking account is set-up and available to use.

This convenient service will save you time and money, and you’ll never have to write a check again! Step 1: Log-in to your Online Banking account

Step 2: Click the Customer Service menu option and then select “Go Paperless.”

Step 3: Agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Step 4: Click the drop-down box next to each account you wish to receive E-Statements for and select “E-Statement.”

Step 5: Click Submit. Your request will be processed in approximately 24-48 business hours.
